who we are:

A brief look into our background shows how great our God is. From our early childhoods, each of us had the privilege of attending Awana all the way through our high school years, both achieving the highest award Awana offers (Citation award). Seeing the value of Awana through our own experiences, we wanted to continue the legacy of child discipleship. We did just that by serving in leadership roles since 2006 seeking to make a difference in the generations to come. Even though we each grew up in separate counties and served in different roles, as God would have it, we met through (Awana) camp and eventually married in 2013. God has kept Awana an integral part of our lives so much that folks say “they bleed red, blue, green, and yellow” (the Awana colors). Since 2017, we have been pursuing God’s calling on our lives to be next generation impactors as Awana Missionaries and look forward to being a part of what He is doing through Awana clubs and the local church.

Currently we have two beautiful children, Myla and Charlie, and enjoy seeing God already molding their hearts into the image of Himself.

What we do:

As Awana missionaries for this region (SW Washington), we are grateful to serve and partner with you to Reach Kids & Train Leaders in order to continue to Change Our World for Christ. In our role as Missionaries, we train new leadership and churches as they start up new Awana clubs. We support churches in a variety of ways. One of our favorite ways is creatively adapting the Awana program to the cultural needs of a church for the most effective child discipleship. We also run events that encourage personal and spiritual development as well as equip leaders in their role of building Resilient Disciples of the future.

What you can do:

  1. Pray that we are able to continue to invest in each other as a family during this season.

  2. Pray that our financial support stays at a healthy level so this ministry will continue to be strong.

  3. Pray for the hearts of the youth and families being impacted on a daily basis; that God would continue to draw them to Himself and reveal His true identity to them through His Word and the lives of all our volunteers.
