RANDY & ROBIN FAIRMAN
Serving in Mission USA (SIM)

Randy and Robin serve Jesus Christ with SIM, formerly known as Soudan Interior Mission. Randy serves on the executive team as the President of SIM USA and Robin works in recruitment to help send workers into God’s harvest fields. They are convinced that no one should live and die without hearing God's good news. They believe that God has called them to make disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ in communities where He is least known. By Prayer, this is the heartbeat of SIM. 

 Randy and Robin have experience in management, business, church planting and visionary leadership. Previously, they and their daughters lived in Asia for 12 years sharing about the love of Christ and making Him known. 

 Randy and Robin are leading the organizational effort with SIM to envision the missionary work force of 2030 and joining the Lord of the harvest to call that work force into His harvest fields.
